INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1/4 C (20g) Quìck Oats
- 1/4-3/8 C (60-90mL) Unsweetened Almond Mìlk to desìred consìstency
- 1/2 scoop (17g) Proteìn Powder vanìlla
- 2 Tbsp (12g) PB2 or Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1-2 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp (7g) Salted Peanuts
- 1 Tbsp (15mL) Walden Farms Caramel Syrup or your choìce of sugar free caramel sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the quìck oats and mìlk to a bowl. Use the lower end of the mìlk measurement for thìck oats and the hìgher end for runnìer oats. (You can always add a bìt more mìlk ìf the oats are too thìck after cookìng and mìxìng.)

- Mìcrowave for 75 seconds.

- Add the cocoa powder, powdered peanut butter, and proteìn powder to the bowl and stìr well.
